In a recent interview with PEOPLE Magazine, "Biggest Loser" trainer Bob Harper revealed his love of cooking. Harper explained that he finds cooking to be very relaxing and makes a point to prepare interesting vegetarian meals every night when he is home.
"People are always asking, 'If I'm a vegetarian, are my options limited?'" Harper told PEOPLE. "My answer is no way! There are so many great recipes out there to choose from, and I also love to experiment with different vegetables and grains. Guests are always surprised when they come over for dinner and I whip up pasta."
The author of "Are You Ready! Take Charge, Lose Weight, Get in Shape, and Change Your Life Forever" is one of many celebrities who have joined PCRM's 21- Day Kickstart. Harper offers recipes and tips such as, "When you really start to respect your body, your body starts taking care of you."
