Ingredients
2 cups vegetable broth
3 cloves minced garlic
1/2 - 1 cup diced mushroom (leave some sliced)
1/2 diced onion
4 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
3/4 teaspoon thyme
1/2 cup flour (more or less depending on thickness preference)
Directions
Put all ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a boil and stir often. Allow to simmer for 35-40 minutes.
