Every year I scour the world's scholarly literature on clinical nutrition and develop this brand-new talk of the latest in cutting-edge research.  Focusing on studies published just over the last year in peer-reviewed scientific nutrition journals,  I try to dig up the most interesting, groundbreaking, practical advice on how best to feed ourselves and our families to prevent, treat, and even reverse chronic disease. Then I wrap it all into an engaging, interactive quiz show format. I do turn these talks into an annual Latest in Nutrition DVD series, but it's much better live (how else can you win prizes?! :).
