The Passionate Vegetarian by Crescent Dragonwagon (I really love her bean recipes) but she has so many other good recipes too.

The Moosewood Restaurant cookbooks, especially: Moosewood Restaurant Low Fat Favorites - Moosewood Restaurant Daily Special (lots of soups) - and Moosewood Restaurant Cooks at Home.

I think I'm so into these books because they offer so many different and new ideas than what I usually use.

As with any recipe, I leave out the non-McDougall items but I've found that a lot of these recipes don't need much adjusting. I truly never notice that I'm not eating SAD.
