Subject: need recipe for a Greek rice pudding

I ate a rice pudding in a Greek restaurant that was delicious! And it was FAT FREE...so a double bonus!!
It looked easy to do. Problem, when checking the internet, I find recipes for a Greek rice pudding and they are nothing like what I had.
The rice looks yellow. Also wondered if they used jasmine rice instead of white rice. And, maybe used tumeric to turn it yellow.
There was sugar and cinnamon with the rice and stripes of cinnamon on top with almond slivers.
Can anybody help me out. I've looked and cannot find this recipe.
