Hi I am new to the McDougal Program and enjoying it very much... I started to lower my cholesterol(318 last checked) as my weight has never been a problem. Anyway my question is about boullion cubes, I havn't seen any recipes that use them however they are no fat or cholesterol, I think...and they would really enhance the flavor of a lot of dishes. Does anyone know what the prevailing opinions on using these are?
