Subject:         I'm not sure if this is the right board for this...

but I'm not sure there is a "right" board for this question.

Do sprouted grain breads - those made without flour or added gluten - contain gluten? Is gluten present in sprouted grains (wheat, rye, spelt, etc.)?

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.
