I have this if you don't find one in excellent condition.
This is the "expanded edition from '96 with evaluaton check lists for grades k-8. On mine the outside covers have some wear, but the inside is what I would consider good condition, however out of almost 300 pages, there is some writing in pencil on about 8 pages (short notes & checkmarks in some of boxes) I'd like $8 postage paid for it
