Hi There! This policy is required to keep our prices low and protect our customers. Unless you watch all 120 lessons at one sitting there is no way to know if any of the lessons are damaged. Almost all of our tech support calls are for used CDs that are damaged which costs us a lot of money. It also leaves the customer in a very bad position when they receive a CD that is damaged. My name is Karen Shormann, my husband David and I are the creators/owner of DIVE. You currently have a listing for a used DIVE CD. I am sure you are not aware of it, but it is actually illegal to sell DIVE CDs that have been opened. All DIVE CDs have an End User License Agreement which grants a NON-Transferable license to original owner and their immediate family. Therefore it is illegal to sell, loan, or give the CD away after it has been opened.
