North carolina does not interfere with homeschoolers
curriculum much at all, except that kids have to take
a standardized test once a year. however, can be done
at your own home with the parent as proctor. the
groups around here are largely christian homeschoolers
though...
really easy to start and little paperwork or
government oversight.
