I totally agree! My daughter unschooled her high school years. We just graduated her and the only area she is not comfortable with going into college is the essay writing. When she tested for college, I just shook my head in amazement because I know how little 'book work' she did over the past 4 years. It is so true that you learn from every experience, even if that means you learn HOW to learn....
