We really really liked them all! You can never know one child to the next, but our son was definately able to do Notgrass on his own...I did the checking of his work, but for the most part he did his own revisions etc. Apologia is wonderful as well. Actually, the other poster is correct in that Notgrass especially is very easy to use even if you had not used much of anything LOL Hard to explain, but it is *self-contained*~~~what you need to know for the curr. is IN the curriculum...and in the extra's you need to read ie; the literature, speeches, documents etc. A long way to say that IMHO you could use anything and be just fine/great. Funny, we used exactly these.........and other things of course LOL. Enjoy!
