I am looking for unit studies to use for high school. I have homeschooled my grandson since Kindergarten and he is now in 8th grade. We had terrific years of learning while using unit studies but now this past year since he has gotten older and we are doing more table and writing work, we seemed to have lost our interest. He has learning disabilities and I would like to spark that fire of learning and make it fun again- for both of us! :-) Thanks.We used Five in a Row for many years (all 4 books) and loved every minute of it. He loves history and geography so I also at the same time made up my own unit studies as we moved chronologically through history- now on our second time through but it seems we have done everything that I can think of to go along with the studies so we end up just reading, which he loves, and timelines,etc. which he is bored with.
