I pulled my kindergartner out of school after two days. We recently moved to a state that practices some really barbaric corporal punishment "discipline". Plus the 'swats' that are happening were done out of thier guidelines of protocol such as having a second adult present and not doing it in front of the whole class, and a student told my son that his mom told the teacher not to spank him but she does anyway. I am a parent that does not believe in spanking, I have never hit my child and parents comment all the time on what a calm well behaved polite child he is. I am appalled at this school. I want to get homeschooling curriculum books pronto, funds are limited. Any help would be great. Thanks
