I'm needing to work alot on my house so I'm trying to keep busy & make good eating choices. I really like the idea of eating until I'm not hungry anymore although today I "was sure" I was still hungry. LOL I hadn't eaten very much in the morning & really wanted more. I did pretty good. I find that if I eat when I'm hungry or out of energy in the morning until early afternoon, I tend to not be very hungry the rest of the day & don't have to eat much if I pay attention. Dd9 went with me to water arobics tonight & out did me & most of the ladies there. LOL I had asked if she could come & watch as Dh works late on Tues. & they said to bring her & let her swim. She had a blast & I kept moving so I reached my goal for tonight. I'm really tired so I'm off to bed. Have a great day tomorrow ladies. Shelli
