We had our monthly church fellowship meal. I have made it a point
that anytime I eat, to stop eating when I am not hungry
instead of eating until I am full. The difference can be a
lot of calories! That way, I could enjoy a few "bad" foods at the
fellowship without overeating.
I am glad you were able to enjoy it and not overeat too much,
Shelli. We want to enjoy the times of fellowship since the Bible
shows that it is inappropriate to "fast while with the bridegroom."
We should celebrate when it is time to celebrate, but do so wisely,
yes?
Tomorrow, we will do a little school and then drive aan hour to the
orthodontist. I plan on finishing lesson plans so we can have a full
day of school on Tuesday. I have 2 in high school and one in 5th
grade and one in 7th grade. Whew!
I will do the PT exercises for my hip and then do some resistance
work in the morning. Building muscle changes your metabolism the
best, so that is where I will start. I plan to do some cardio in the
afternoon, after the appointment. My kids are going to clean up a
spot in the basement for an exercise area for me. I am so looking
forward to having that back. I refuse to do my hip hop exercise
dvds in front of anyone at this weight. LOL
OK, I will try to get to bed early tonight since I, too, find it hard to
get out of my warm, comfy bed in the mornings. If I have truly had
enough sleep, I will look forward to getting up. :o)
Hugs,
Mary
