Subject:	Did you all have a wonderful Lord's Day?......

It was a beautiful, sunny, perfect temp.(warm but cool), no humidity day. Our new start church celebrated our 4th Anniversary. Our worship went well & then we went to a state park for picnic & games. Praise God for his beautiful gift of the day. The enemy worked very hard on Dh today so that he didn't get to enjoy everything as much today. It makes me sad & mad! It reminds me that I must not let up my prayers of protection from the enemy for my family & friends & myself. Our pastor's wife (and most wonderful friend) reminded me that there is no caloric value on food when eaten at an anniversary celebration! LOL So I ate more than I needed, but not really overate. So what's a goal for everyone for tomorrow? I'm going to work on a bottle of water in the morning while I'm at work & more water in the afternoon while we school. I also need to start "wading" through Dd9's room. It will take a lot to sort through & get it clean again. We've let it go too long. That should get me some extra exercise & I'm planning to do a Pilates DVD at some point in the late afternoon. I'll really be working this week on keeping moving so I can keep my metabolism moving in the right direction. I'm usually exhausted on Mon., but I rested a little this afternoon & plan to be in bed at a good time tonight. I'm also going to get up & have a few quiet moments with God in the morning before I go to work. I just hate to get out of bed! LOL Praying you all have a great nights sleep & when we look back on the day tomorrow night it will be filled with a feeling of accomplishment & contentment. Blessings to all! Shelli
