I need that right now. About olive oil, I buy 2 kinds. I have "pure", which is the mildest tasting. I use that in white cake, even, since it is so mild tasting. If I want the taste of olive oil, I use extra virgin. That would be good in a salad or Greek dish. Never buy "pomace" olive oil. It is the last bit of oil they can extract chemically and it the worst tasting and least good for you. You know what I like about doing the "baby steps" list? I can see what good things I am already doing and add those on, which shows me that I *can* do this and can make changes and stick with them. Also, there is more to good health than just losing weight, so the list reflects that. Not everything on there is about weight loss. It is about nourishing your body and doing good things for it.
