at the thought of me crawling up & down a hill at a local park. I'd be out of energy & strength before I got all the way up & can just see me stuck 1/3 of the way up. LOL LOL We'll just have to keep thinking on this & find ways to get in the exercise. I almost didn't go to the pilates as I'm so out of shape that I didn't want everyone to see that. But if I don't just get there & go & do my best, how will I ever get in shape & be able to keep up with the rest? LOL I like what you said down further about our "former life" & our "new life" we can have if we really want change. I'm going to be thinking on that & working on some changes.
