Any exercise getting in? Any healthy eating habits overtaking those unhealthy ones? Our church (where we used to go & dd9 still goes on Wed. nights) is having a pilates class on Wed. nights while the kids are in Caravan. I decided that even though I was exhausted I was going tonight even if I had to lay on the mat 1/2 the time & watch. I made it. (yes I did lay on the mat some) :-))Yeah!! I did try to take it a little easy as if I hurt too much tomorrow & the next day, I won't do anything for weeks again. I'm determined to make the time to make sure that I am as healthy as I can be. I'm hoping tomorrow night that I can go to water arobics. Dd22 is coming up for a few days & maybe we'll go together. It's on Tues & Thurs nights, but not until 7:30-8:30. That's pretty late as I really need to get up before 5am to have my quiet time & be at work before 6am. I also got up in time to spend a few minutes of quiet time with God this morning. That's rare first thing in the morning for me. Then I have to really work at it to make it happen during the rest of the busy day. Ok girls, I've started climbing my mountain one step at a time. Let's all climb a step together tomorrow & check back in so we can congratulate each other & encourage each other to take another step the next day. Keep going girls, we are going to make it & be healthier "one step at a time". LOL Praying we all sleep well so we can be our best & do all God's called us to do. Hugs to all!!! :-)) Shelli
