I am back up to 305, so I am back at it. Planning is the most important thing
I can do. It keeps me from having to make too many hard choices when I am
at my weakest--or hungriest.
Exercising is so hard to fit in with all of this seasonal sewing that has now hit
me, but I shall put it on tomorrow morning's schedule. We plan to start
school on Wednesday, so it will be on that schedule, early in the morning,
before anything can happen to ruin my plans. LOL
Here is something I want to see if I can do to help with my exercise plans. I
want to make a sand run in my back yard. That is simply a long sand-filled
path that will run the length of my yard. It looks like it will be about 30-40
feet long. I will make it about a yard wide and a foot deep.
The point of it is to exercise on it. Have you noticed how hard it is to run or
walk on sand? It really takes muscle to do it. I plan on crawling on it, too. And
hopping. Of course, I will have to do this when the neighbors are not
watching. LOL I am sick of caring who sees me anymore. I am tired of being
fat and weak.
Now, I just need to find the sand. I am hoping to get some free through
Freecycle, but I need clean sand, so I may have to buy bags of play sand.
What do you all think?
I'll have to get my sons to help me dig it. If I do it all myself, it will take me a
year. LOL
Mary
