I know it is not the same, but there is asugar in fruit, plus after eating 2 servings, you will not be hungry enough to want chocolate. Remember that if you are craving chocolate at the same time you are really hungry, then you need to go eat a healthful meal first. I had a friend who said that if she is hungry enough to eat more than a few bites of chocolate, then she just needs to go and eat a real meal instead. Otherwise, she misses out on fiber and other nutrients, plus she will feel icky after eating a lot of chocolate. And think of the calories! Mary
