Subject:         How about eating a few pieces of fruit when that happens?

Remember that if you are craving chocolate at the same time you
are really hungry, then you need to go eat a healthful meal first. I
had a friend who said that if she is hungry enough to eat more
than a few bites of chocolate, then she just needs to go and eat a
real meal instead. Otherwise, she misses out on fiber and other
nutrients, plus she will feel icky after eating a lot of chocolate. And
think of the calories!
