I am not doing very well at exercising regularly. Right now, I have
a dd with strep and I have a sinus situation going my self. Ugh. I
hope my sinuses clear up so I can exercise.

I really need to do my PT if nothing else. My hip is starting to hurt
again.

I have been doing lots of moving furniture around and such, trying
