Any ideas why someone couldn't send a message on my post? Is hotmail a problem?

At least one person couldn't use the posted link to e-mail me. She left a message on the board, so I e-mailed her back from hotmail and she e-mailed me back fine. Then she went to the board to look at my book again, and couldn't get through on the link again. How frustrating for her and for me! I used my husband's computer to try to send messages back to my computer from the posted link. They all went through fine.
