Absolutely! I have been tutoring with the Barton Reading and Spelling system for a couple of years, and it is definitely a huge help to those children (or adults) needing systematic, intensive help in that area. Visit http://www.dys-add.com/ for information on how to get started. (Check ebay for kits at a reduced rate.) With perseverance and about an hour a day for 4 days each week, you should see good results. It really does work! Good luck!
