Subject:         Help @ wits end. Homeschooling dyslexia 10 yr old

I am homeschooling my 2 sons age 10&6. My 10 year old needs vision therapy and is also dyslexic. Most of his history and science for the last year and a half I do the reading so he can comprehend what is being taught. It works ok for science he is interested in it and we have a good time. Histroy is another thing altogether, he isn't interested and since he has the reading trouble at 1.7 grade reading level I don't know what to do. My hubby has suggested sending him back to public school, but I know that is not the way God wanted us to go. Please can someone help with some suggestions. I find myself helping my older son so much that my youngest is not getting the quality time he needs and I feel like a total failure.
