Hi Chloe,
I began with our local Board of Education, Special Ed Dept. Then I went to our pediatrician. Our state (GA) doesn't accommodate homeschooled children, but yours may. However, if you get nowhere fast, email me and I'll tell you about the program that DID work for us. Best of Luck.
