I have two children ages 12 and 10 that are O.C.D. and what I have found that works is breaking the day up, rather than make them sit and do work for so long. I also have let them have some input as to what and how to teach, this helps them to feel a little less out of control. O.C.D. is a coping mechanism for anxiety and a general feeling of being out of control. Therefore they want to control the little bit that they feel they can. Also I have found that Thematic Units work really well. Give them several choices that you have already chosed, based on their grade level, and let them choose the Thematic Unit. It is all on one subject, but is cross curriculum, so there getting it all without being over stimulated by going from one subject or train of thought to another. Any way I have been homeschooling for 13 years, I have four children, now ages 18,15,12 and 10 years old. The three oldest are girls and the youngest is a boy. My son has Tourrettes, O.C.D., A.D.H.D. and Dyslexia. I had to get him tested through the public school and he got help with reading one hour a day through a program with the public school. My husband is also O.C.D. and A.D.H.D so I am also able to get a little bit of help from him as far as what might work and what might not with my two younger ones. Plus what helped or didn't help him in school.
