For textbooks at her reading level you can check out AGS Publishing. I have used some of their materials with my son and they have worked well for us.

Here is a link to the World History we used. I also purchased the cassette tapes of the textbook for this.
I was able to find the Student Textbook and the Teacher's Edition Textbook for sale used online at amazon.com and ebay.

I purchased the tapes new.
We supplemented with a World History set of video tapes from The Teaching Company.
