That's a LOT of question. I guess you should start by evaluating where your kids are right now and then figuring out where you want them to be and setting some goals to establish the direction in which you wish to take them. Maybe obtaining your states "scope and sequence" for their age/grade level would help you in that.

Then find an appropriate method and/or curriculum to use.
