Thanks. I hadn't pursued it. I hadn't even threatened him with pursuing it, although I thought about it. He did take ds last weekend while he wife vacationed in Florida without him. (hehehe) He and our son spent the weekend working on a car, on gardening, doing some math work, and on watching movies. He picked him up Friday and brought him home Tuesday morning, so that was a nice break for both of us.
