Subject:	Should introduce myself

Hello everyone,

I've taken the liberty to respond to a few posts and I thought it would be good to introduce myself (putting the cart before the horse I suppose).

I am a former homeschooling mom now homeschooling in the summer (and after schooling during the school year). I was divorced in 2005 and started school full-time while my kids were in public school (and day care for my youngest). My kids are ds-10, dd-8 and dd-5. The transition has been relatively smooth for my children. Having a stable, caring parent is crucial for kids during this transition.

This summer we will be doing all subjects and adding Latin. I'm excited for my kids. I have to take a class during the summer but my dear friend (homeschooling mom) will be watching my kids. My kids are really excited about this.

Also, all my kids have speech issues and my son has a reading and written expression disorder (he was exited from reading special education this past January). My oldest two most likely also have sensory issues.

My motto is once a homeschooler, always a homeschooler (we have a classroom and center room in our house :). Wherever you go homeschooling inevidably follows :).
