I use a variety of resources including Saxon Math, Comprehesive Curriculum, various computer programs like Rosetta Stone and anything else that looks interesting. On days I work, I give the kids their assignments and grade when I get home. If they have problems, they call me and we work through them if I am not busy. If I am busy, they skip what is causing problems and cover it when I get home or when I am free. On days I don't work, we do the things that require more oversight.

As far as daycare, I was very lucky to have a co-worker that also homeschooled and we were able to trade babysitting and help each other with homeschooling. Now the kids are old enough to stay on their own if need be. The way my schedule is set up, that doesn't happen very often.
