You should check with your state's laws regarding homeschooling. Some states say that it's not homeschooling if the parent or guardian is not the one teaching. It would be considered a private school and may be expected to comply with the same requirements as traditional private schools. If you mean something like online homeschooling, I'm sure there are ways to do that, but I'm not familiar with any. Anybody else have any ideas?
