I'd check your custody papers. Mine state specifically that I HAVE to inform the ncp if I plan to change schools. I did not aprove of that being in the final divorce papers, but it was slipped in at the last moment and I didn't notice it on the day I signed the final papers. Fortunately, I was already home schooling before the divorce, so the X has made no trouble about my continuing to home school. You might want to go through your attorney before contacting the ncp about this issue. I wish you the best on this as you seek the best for your child. Blessings! Priscilla
