If you had followed Brenda's case at all you would realize that this issue is not about him being an offender. That is an extremely small part of the big picture. Her X abandoned the family and disappeared totally, and she did not even know he was in jail until way later. She never kept him from seeing the children in any way. I think you need to get the chip off your shoulder and be careful not to kick the wounded. I'm very sorry about your brother, but this issue is not about him or other people who have turned their lives around.
