I too am a student, but I didn't go back until my kids were older, so I haven't required daycare. The most obvious choice is that your children would be in a daycare situation while you attend classes and the homeschooling would take place in the evenings or on weekends. However, I've heard of others who left assignments for their kids to do while in the care of grandparents/other sitters. I suppose if you teamed up with another homeschooling family, they might be able to care for your children while you are in class and you might help teach a class to theirs when you are available. There could be licensed daycare/homeschools out there! Talk to those in your area (local support groups) and see what resources they might lead you to. While your kids are small, you should really decide what type of curriculum you plan to use, if any. Computer programs like SOS might work well for you. If you hired a sitter in your home, then you could simply leave instructions that they are to do their assignments.... You said you have 4 more years, is that going full time? Is it possible to go half or three quarter time so you could spend more time with them? I'm sure others will have more suggestions. I think you should pray on it. It's great that you are finding answers before you need them! Best of luck!
