Subject:         College student mom wants to homeschool, but how??
Date: August 7, 2006 at 9:32 pm PST

I am a single mother (and only parent) of my two young children (daughter will be four in Sept, son just turned two in July). I went to college (via internet/correspondence) from 2002-2004 and got two degrees.

But this fall (in two weeks) I will start at the university here (four years til I graduate again). My children will be attending child care while I am in class and seeing clients for my own business (my family refuses to help). I have always planned on homeschooling them, but unsure how to do this as a student (and single parent) as far as scheduling goes. I have to attend day classes as there are no evening child care and sitters are not covered by the state child care program.

So during the day (when they are school age) when I am in class, do they still attend day care?? I need some suggestions on how to juggle time for their homeschooling and what they do while I'm in class. I worry about it. I want them homeschooled, but unsure of how to do it. Suggestions? Help please.
