Dooes she have a laptop? Can she do her school work on it? Switched on Schoolhouse has a Spanish program, and she could do it on a laptop wherever in the world you are. Homeschooling doesn't have to be done at home. I assume the Florida online stuff could be done on a laptop as well. All you need to do is get curricula that fits in with your busy lifestyle. It sounds like your dd is motivated to homeschool and will perhaps work hard at it to avoid going back to public school. That should make your job a little easier! I also think that your dd will learn more about life being with you and traveling than being at home with a sitter or something and only seeing you on weekends. JMHO!
