He left me 7 years ago. I hadn't seen him in 4 years until our divorce in May. He was sent to prison 2-1/3 years ago with a mandatory 22 year serving of a 25-year sentence. His conviction was overturned due to errors made during the trial, even though he admitted that he was guilty. He was released from prison last month and called today to tell me he wants to see our kids this weekend! (MORE SHRIEKING) Is there NO JUSTICE in this world??? He knew he was getting out when he divorced me. I need to read my divorce papers again and see what was said about the kids. I didn't think it mattered at the time because they were supposed to be in their 30's before he got out.
