Hi hsmom23,
I know this a tough point in your life, try not to change too much to fast. I have only walked this way for 6 months, so others will have much more experienced advice to offer. I have learned much from talking with others, even to know what are “normal” feelings. So listen and share with others to help you, but remember to listen to yourself the most. I am blessed with a good son, but I still have a full time parenting job, homeschooling job, working job and online masters program. You can do it; just adjust your time schedule, multitask, love your kids and keep a good attitude. Not much you can really control in life, but your attitude. So find some time for you. Your children were never promised a college education at birth; just food, shelter, clothes and love. So take care of yourself, let them struggle a little too (live) (and help you) and don’t beat yourself up. God never promised us an easy life on earth, not that I have ever read.
