How wonderful that you were already up and ready to face the day, and your kids were cooperative! I'm glad you are able to give your mom some of the care back that she has given you. My mom is 500 miles away, and so my main chance to treat her special is when she comes to visit once a year. The hotel we stayed at last weekend didn't have an alarm clock in the room! I couldn't believe it! I needed to get up at 7:30 am in order to get dressed, get breakfast, and get to the conference on time. I normally get up at 9:30 - I'm so NOT a morning person. So I prayed and asked God to wake me up at 7:30 am. And He DID! Right at 7:30 am is when I opened my eyes and looked at my watch!
