But at least I got to go camping with Savannah's Venturing Crew on Saturday. I drove home by myself on Sunday, but it was good to be with her for a little while at least.
88 degrees would be nice at this point. It's been near 100 every day lately. Summer is definitely here, and hurricane season starts on Thursday!
I wrote to some of you about Nathaniel injuring his foot. He somehow fell into a piece of sheet metal and severed a tendon in his foot. He's in a cast now, but is doing MUCH better. His doctor said he'd be cleared for summer camp, but that he can't do anything that would stress the foot such as climbing, jumping, and running. I guess he'll be focusing on the 'classroom' merit badges this year!
I think of ya'll all the time, and you are in my prayers. I don't get by here as much as I used to, unfortunately, but you are still one of my main lines of support.
Blessings!
Priscilla
