I'm basically in the same spot as you. I took my daughter out of public school about two weeks ago. Money is very tight here as well. I've been utilizing the Internet and the library and so far have been successful at putting together lesson plans. My daughter is 13. I also went to a Half-Price Bookstore and purchased a couple of workbooks that we are using at a very reasonable price. They give a 10% discount to homeschooling parents. I'll be following your post to see what tips you get. I wish you all the best on your new adventure!
