Bummer. Sorry to hear htta happened. I would call my cc and make them reverse the charge. If you have tried to contact them and not received your purchase, then it's well within your right to fight the charge. Also, if the company is in business, they will surely find you if the charge gets reversed! I tried and could not get my student loan lender's attent. to stop an automatic withdrawal from account that was closing, and so finally the account closed- boy, did they write and call me within 3 days!
