you dn't mention whether there are private schools in Spain. The idea of having to be completely financially dependent on a man you are divorced from sounds scary as heck to me. I'd advise you to have an income of your own, even if it means you have to work nights to do it. Remember, if you are legally divorced, he can get away with murder regarding you. HE left YOU - which means he has no investment in being nice to you. when he feels like going, he can go. Frankly, it'd be cheaper, and safer for you, if you can get him to pay for private school, either in spain or back in the states.
