Hi, I am on an Oak Meadow yahoo email list and they have been discussing the differences between Oak Meadow and Calvert. One of the ladies did a comparison and came up with that both schools are studying very similar topics, but in a different manner. Calvert is more textbook/workbook oriented, Oak Meadow is more project/literature oriented. We have used Oak Meadow this year, along with other programs. Next year we will probably continue. I order the reading books from Calvert (I get them on ebay) and any spine books or others I want to check out on ebay, then use what I like. Hope that helps.
