I use Seascape Educational Center's homeschooling program. They are completely secular, they tailor every student's curriculum to their specific needs and academic levels, they also send school supplies with the textbooks and a daily schedule. My children are assigned to a teacher that grades all of their work and they just love the feedback. I think it's really the most reasonably priced full curriculum program I've seen. I use their interest free payment plan so it works out great for us.
