The science I use is MSNucleus Which is Free online!
It's secular, hands on and did I mention free...oh, yeah, I did.

I used it for my son last year (first grade) and he LOVES science and looks forward to doing it. I don't know if he would feel this way if I used a different curriculum. So we are using it again this year for second grade.

The only problem is that it does require a bit of materials that you will have to buy or do what I did and improvise, scrounge stuff up from around the house, borrow then buy whatever you can't get any other way.

Here is the website: http://msnucleus.org/membership/index.html
They have information about how this curriculum was made and how they implemented it in some schools, which I found interesting. They also sell science stuff on the site for reasonable prices.

Anyway, hope someone finds this useful. Let me know if you have any questions. I don't really check here often so if you do have something you would like to know about that site or anything else you could email me at angelcookie@gmail.com but who knows, I may check back here sometime soon.
