There is a wonderful resource called Keepers of the Faith. It's similar to Girl Scouts only Christian based. You could pick up on of the manuals to look over and get lots of ideas from it even if you don't start a club. But I think it would be an awesome thing to do with girls this age! They have little pins and badges the girls can earn for doing things like cooking, sewing, etc. Here is a link for the table of contents.
